A. No, product names, brands, and trademarked names featured in our collections are not affiliated with our products, our website, nor do they sponsor or endorse our materials. Use of a trademark "type" in no way indicates any relationship between those trademarks and Essentials by Nikki.

Q. Will the product appear exactly as pictured?

A. Our products are handmade; therefore customers can expect slight variations to color. Packaging may vary depending on availability of supply.

Q. Can body butters melt in the heat?

A. Yes, body butters will melt if stored or left in temperatures of 75 degrees or higher for extended periods of time. Body butters will solidify back to it's original form once cooled.

Q. Do whipped soaps and soap scrubs melt in the heat?

A. Yes, whipped soaps will melt if stored or left in temperatures of 75 degrees or higher for extended periods of time, and will not return to it's original form once cooled. If you live in warmer climates, it is recommended that you make arrangements to receive your shipments timely.

Q. What is the shelf-life for body butters?

A. In general, body butters will last up to one year. Take care not to introduce water or store in harsh temperatures.

Q. What happens if water is introduced into the products?

A. Water is not used in any of our products. While body scrubs and soaps are made with preservatives, allowing water into these products is not recommended as it can allow bacteria to form.
